Hello dreamers!
The end of May is approaching, and we're coming into warmer weather here in California. I walk the dog early, close the blinds a bit more, and soak up the sun when I'm in it.
* I pray for all who may suffer from the heat, and pray for the lost lives due to ignorance and violence. My heart goes out to those affected, and to us all. *
I can't believe it has been 6 months since launching this site/small business!
It is a dream come true to just have this space to share my creations as they come. I never intended to have this take off and for me to be a full time artist (at least for now...) and I feel happy and right where I need to be.
I'm not the most skilled artist, and I know I also have potential and something to offer here. I started an amazing art job this year that is helping me heal, learn, and grow into a better person, artist, teacher, and friend. I'm so excited for what's to come!
As May comes to its end, I managed to bust out 4 mandalas on wooden plates.
I did not anticipate starting any, or all of these four plates I had lying around, but I'm so excited I started them!
I got accepted for a vending opportunity next month, so this is great timing to create and share new art work. :) I will be vending with Hotspot Creatives in downtown Berkeley on 6/12/22!
I plan to have these all done and up for sale by my next event - check out the "Calendar" page for more information - so stay tuned for more updates on my offerings and on the mandala madness!
